Delete your Buildosa account
Use this page for Google Play and App Store account deletion requests.
How to request deletion
- Email support@buildosa.com from the email address connected to your Buildosa account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Buildosa account.
- Include your name, account email, phone number if used, and whether your account is a customer or professional account.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion is completed.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete or anonymize eligible personal account information, login credentials, profile details, saved favorites, notification preferences, and other account data tied directly to your Buildosa account.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, payment, dispute resolution, marketplace integrity, or backup reasons. Public marketplace content may be removed, anonymized, or retained where necessary to preserve completed transactions, reviews, safety records, or provider/customer history.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 business days. Completion time may vary if verification, legal review, active disputes, or required retention applies.
